I love this place. I looked for years to find one location that my whole family could attend, and finally found it! I have a couple kids with some complicated health stuff and all the providers have been wonderful. They have Saturday hours and are open late several nights a week and I never have trouble getting my kids in to be seen urgently. They don't care about their patients. I have been trying to fill all my sons asthma medication for weeks. They lie and say they sent it and they didn't. They keep sending only his neb treatment medication even though they just sent that one. Even the pharmacy is like wow why do they keep sending this one. I call and call and call they don't care I told them he is gonna end up in the hospital and I was told don't know what to tell you I'm only the receptionist!! Wowwww!!!! This place has gone waay downhill since Dr. Balmer left. You can't schedule appts within the same month, and good luck getting them to call you back. I called at 8:30 am hoping for a same day appt after being in the ER the day before, and after 2pm I still have not got a call back for scheduling. This doctors office has become a joke. I cannot wait to switch doctors!
Well, today's visit was all I needed to decide to look for another clinic/doctor. I had the absolute WORST experience with a doctor I saw today (for the first time). And I'm in my seventies, so I've seen plenty. Dr. Olivia GALVEZ. Awful. Her second words to me, after hello, were "we only have 20 minutes, so we're going to discuss only one issue". WHAT?!!
