Dr. Heard is fantastic and so are the nurses and staff that have helped us. I feel very listened to and supported. They take the time to explain things fully and make sure me and my husband know exactly what’s going on with our daughter/her care. They have a way of putting all of use at our eases, even during vaccinations. I love this place!
I scheduled a same day appointment for my 6 year old on a Friday specifically for a strep test. Mind you he has only been off antibiotic’s for 2 weeks. His throat was red and swollen to the point where he couldn’t talk normal. His father took him as I was at work during the appointment time. The Dr looked and told him it’s just viral and told him he’s should be tested for the flu.
