Couldn’t even see the provider Dilek Bishku without having them fully vaccinate themselves in order to get a kick back . We plan to vaccinate our child fully however we had to switch providers. It’s this type of attitude that is destroying the us medical Field overall the Pediatric group gets a C and Doctor Dilek Bishku gets a F
Our experiences here were not good. The provider we saw and enjoyed has left. The provider we were moved too, and the nursing staff, oh it all went downhill fast. I do not like being defensive, yet I found most of my conversations went as such. In short, WFP was not a good fit for our family. I would advise anyone to ensure a guardian is in, and that you feel comfortable with the way the nursing staff react to a child who is completely unhinged.
Dr.Shepard is so great and loving person! She always made my daughter feel in a safe environment. Thank you so much Dr.Shepard for being a great pediatrician.
This office is hard to get ahold of. You leave messages and they never call you back. Also, you automatically get sent to their voicemail after 5 or so minutes, and if you don't leave a message, it hangs up on you. So frustrating, especially when you go in their and their NEVER busy.
