I have the best location in the complex. 2nd floor next to the pool. It is beautiful. The pool is my backyard. I love ever minute of it. My unit stays warm during the winter and cool in the summer. Low electric bills. Maintenance is amazing. Work orders are taken care of quickly. The complex is clean. The landscape is well kept. Green grass and flowers. There are over 300 units vs. a small management team. They do a fabulous job. Their response time is fast. A+ team.
