Had my teeth pulled for dentures, haven't seen the doctor since , just the assistants. Have been trying to explain to them that there is something wrong with my gums, they just keep grinding and filling the denture. Now I have bone sticking out of my gums and am in a lot of pain. Soonest they can see me is a week out. Had to use these guys because they are literally part of my insurance. Avoid these people at all costs, hands down the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. They drag out as many appointments as possibl... read more

Just got home from the dentist today. The dentist was great. Also Brittany was very kind and made me laugh several times. During the cleaning. I’m glad I am with Willamette Dental even if I have to drive along ways Had another cleaning on June 1 2026 and it went well, I do have some anxiety about dentists but the staff was awesome she was funny and very social. The dentist him self was very fast and was friendly as well. Thanks for another good appointment
Pleasantly surprised by the timeliness of making my appointment. Each staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. So glad I chose the Willamette plan through my employer❤️
Came in for a dead infected tooth, recommend that I take antibiotics and they told me that they sent it to my pharmacy, hours passed and I called the pharmacy and they said that they didn’t receive any new medication for me. I then had to call the dentist back and finally after a good amount of time they finally sent it over. Then when I was referred to a specialist I had to call them back multiple times to get answers on which specialist they sent me to. They gave me 2 different numbers.
