I am very unhappy with the care I received from Willamette Dental. In February, while I was on vacation, I developed a tooth infection related to a past root canal that appears to have failed. I went to a local urgent care clinic and was given 10 days of antibiotics. I also made an appointment with Willamette Dental for the day I returned home. I did not have good experiences at the dentist growing up and am usually the first to put off an appointment. We recently moved to Pullman and I needed some help and came into Willamette not knowing what to expect. Honestly, from the first minute to the last, it was perfect. Great customer service, they talk you through everything and really take the time to care for you while you're in the chair. Loved it.
Great professional staff. Didn't have any trouble getting an appointment or getting my teeth worked on.
They were thorough, patient, and clear about everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
