RecommendedDr. Fife is the Best! No complaints from me. Very happy to have him as my Dentist. The entire staff at Willamette is Great!
Went in with broken tooth hanging in socket with root exposed. Got there at 3:45 pm. Was told sorry can’t help you. Went to wife’s dentist where my insurance was no good and paid $530 out of pocket to get service. Pretty sad that willamette would not see one of their own with an emergency.
RecommendedAs an anxious dental patient, they did a great job of keeping me informed and got my routine visit done quickly and calmly. Next visit scheduled.
The WORST service! Orthodontist Jean J. Xu was so unprofessional. From critsizing colleagues from other Willamette Dental Group locations, to saying that my daughter's teeth were "not cute", going from 1 year having braces to changing it to 3. I can't even finish typing all the crap that she said because I'm so pissed off. How the hell does this trash talking lady still have a job?! Back to the Everett location we go.
Didn’t like my experience here at all. They were rude and didn’t let me talk. -0/10 Everett office is way better.

It’s close to where I live and the staff were kind and knowledgeable. They got me I quickly and fixed the problem nicely.
