If I could give them zero stars, I would. You have go through an excessive EIGHT appointments before your child can get braces put on. We had gone to private practices for evals prior to signing up with Willamette and they all could put braces on in two visits. They also don't have appointment times early morning or late afternoon (although they claim they do) - so your child has to miss several hours of school each appointment and the parent has to miss work.
