All I wanted was to have my teeth cleaned and have 2 cavities filled. After six months I still haven't had my teeth cleaned nor the cavities filled. The first appointment was only xrays. Second appointment was deep cleaning which I don't need. Tried to just have my teeth cleaned but declined. Prescribed me mouth wash that was in recall. I went to the appt carefree and relaxed and the dentist Dr Jang showed up abruptly, short, speaking in a condescending way and cold. This is my second appt with her over a couple months and found her to be this way each time. I do not recommend her and do not wish to see her again for an appt. I will request someone else.

If you are looking for quality dental work, timely appointments and knowledgable dentists this is not really the place to be.

I can't begin to express how awfully filthy the Dental rooms are. It's as if the clean up crew uses the same mop bucket and swashes all the gunk up onto the base of the Dental Chair base. What I visual witnessed and without exaggeration. Some sort of orange gooey substance stuck around the rim of the chairs base, black grime up on the base which reminded me of a barber shop after someone just had their hair cut. I am on Health Share Oregon insurance, aka state coverred. Willammette in hillsboro and tigard have been scheduling appointments and doing nothing to milk the taxpayer cash cow over and over again. NOthing done at all. They have not even suybmitted the consultation forms to my cardiologist after a month and a half. I was supposed to be referred to an oral surgeon at the tigard location, spent all day there only to find they scheduled me for anotehr DMD not an oral surgeon. They had me wait to speak with the roal surgeon only... read more

the dentist, back office and people actually caring for patients were GREAT. the scheduling people, front office and rule mongers need a few lessons in customer care. Refused to "allow me to schedule to get both teeth fixed" would only schedule for one tooth at a time. then refused to allow scheduling of the second tooth repair until i had completed a new patient visit with cleaning, exam, and evaluation- IN 6 WEEKS!! Never go to Willimette ,they Spoiled my teeth , I have to fix all “work “ they done for me. Horrible quality crowns , feelings. Go to private doctors , don’t waist your time at Willimette .

This is a true review. The treatment I had with Dr. Tanos Os at the Lynnwood Willamette Dental Group is still affecting me for more than a month. I regret that I didn't have a different dentist that could have taken care me without having to have had an absess on the inside and outside of my left side of my jaw.
