For what they are they are decent apartments with nice family oriented people living there quiet community the manager terry is a very nice respectable guy who is fair , I didn’t reside here for too long but not having to do with any reason or fault of the apartments I would recommend this place for it is decent and greatly priced

There is a lot of mold, poor insulation and management definitely has their favorites. One of the positive reviews appears it might be from a relative. Management had a family member residing there that had chickens at the property. The management did an annual potluck, had a community garden and pool.
Great place to call home. Clean, friendly & fun living environment. Great management staff.
Amazing place, the people here are very genuine and nice, lots of near by stores and shops the management is extremely understanding towards renters all from the new and old, as long as you keep your payments up to date they are very kind and respectful. I recommend living here so here's my 5 stars
