I had my bumper replaced here and the customer service was outstanding. From the time i got there till the time I got my car back. They kept me informed and I really like how Professional they are. This place is great. The office has fresh flowers and is very modern and clean. Sure beats the dirty dusty offices of other repair shops. I don't feel like I need to run out of here. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to working with them.

Not too often do I come across service that leaves me wanting to recommend it to others, but Willamette Collision Center was awesome from start to finish. Treated me like a friend the moment I walked in, and effortlessly explained what I needed to know, and got the ball rolling quick.
