Willaby Electric is amazing!!! Communication is excellent. They call if they think they will be late, show up on time. Great at trouble shooting and find a solution. I am a real estate agent and Willaby Electric is the company I call if I have an electrical issue on one of my listings.

I called Jeff Willaby because I had a partial outage. He suggested I start with Oncor to determine if problem was on their side. Turned out my meter base was bad and I called him back at 3pm Friday. Willaby replaced by 5pm on a Friday afternoon and worked with Oncor to get our reconnection rescheduled as well since Oncor had pulled my meter. Power was restored Saturday noon which would have been a much longer delay without his help. We were able to have our grandsons graduation party as scheduled thanks to Willaby Electric.

I have used Willaby Electric on more than one occasion and have been very pleased with their work. Additionally, I have called for advice, and they have helped troubleshoot over the phone without a service call. That told me that they are more concerned with solutions than making a quick buck. I recommend them without reservation.
