Dr. Tseng is an amazing doctor. He is CARING, tries to help in any way he can. He is friendly and wants to do the best he can for you and he listens to what you are saying and your concerns. I recommend him highly.
This doctor had broken the Hippocratic oath. I received a referral to be seen for breathing difficulties in a highly urgent scenario. I had already been to the ER twice and they had run a respiratory panel that included Covid 19 which all came back negative. The PCP, ER doc and my OB all said I need to see a pulmonologist urgently.
