These are some of the nicest people that I have ever met. Not only is the facility super clean, but the office employees are some of the most understanding and caring people when it comes to customer service. Not to mention it’s in a great location in Bowling Green. I am SO happy that I chose to rent a unit from them.
The staff is friendly and helpful. We rented a unit to use while we are downsizing. They even have a moving truck that we were able to rent to move our things into our unit! Super convenient location.
Best experience, great staff and by far best value around! 100% satisfied and will be back if necessary.
Recently rented a Will-Stor unit and I love the convenience of being able to get rid of some clutter at home until I have time to go through it. Staff friendly and unit is reasonably priced.
