RecommendedThis evening our fur baby was hit and killed by a car. Not really sure what to do, I called the vet. They explained a few options for me and they prepared for my arrival. I stayed in my vehicle when I arrived and called them. They came out to me. They carried my sweet Missy inside and escorted me inside. My mom took her miniature Yorkie to get spayed there a couple weeks ago. She was told it would be approx $120. On day of surgery, they called her and notified her that her dog “didn’t make it.“ No explanation why. No apology. Totally unsympathetic. She went to pick up her dead dog and they proceed to charge her over $200. No explanation on bill for what the extra charge was for. Absolutely amazing people who are willing to help!
If you are looking for economical or fair pricing for pet care, this isn’t it. To have X-rays on cats leg and to have him put to sleep cost nearly $200. A previous UTI and respiratory infection with an over night stay and meds was just under $500.
Very caring and compassionate vet and staff!
Just not happy with how they did thing will not go back office visit is all they are after after they tell you to come in and no office visit for worming dogs
