I met Will through my sister. I'm very grateful that Will represented as a seller. After searching for months and not having multiple offers accepted, I could have easily strayed towards overpaying for a property. Will Rodgers is absolutely wonderful to work with. Always available to answer all of our questions and to show us all the houses we wanted to see. He was profesional and honest, we really felt like he cared about us. He helped us find the house we were looking for and recommended a great mortgage company, made the whole process much easier than what were expecting. Fantastic experience! I have bought and sold a number of homes and Will is the best realtor I have used. I am particular and he helped me find the right place for my family. We are so glad we chose to work with Will. There were multiple offers already in on the home we wanted. Will kept in constant touch with the other realtor to make sure our offer would be considered, and gave us excellent advice on what to put in the terms of our contract.
