I was sold a flipped house from Brown Group Realty with help from Will. The inspector he recommended apparently couldn’t identify obvious plumbing issues, including SharkBite fittings that were later found throughout the home. Since purchasing the house, I’ve had to replace significant portions of the plumbing and address water leaks at considerable expense. Really can’t thank Will enough! Above and beyond. Hard to find that one property, but we found it. Will is very knowledgeable, works hard to ensure everything goes smoothly. From the minute I contacted Will he made sure he was there to help us. Never showed us anything beyond the budget. Will is now our go-to guy. Hard to find good, hard working individuals who truly keep your best interest in mind.

Will was my realtor for both buying and selling my house. He did an amazing job and was there for me every step of the way! I bought the house from out of state and sold it while in a different city and having him helping made the process way less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Will at this point for buying or selling property!
