Always a pleasant experience here. Will and his team are so polite, welcoming and thoughtful. I swear Will has magic fingers, and has definitely perfected his craft. Somehow he can take a decent amount of length off without it looking like he did so. He also takes the time to consider your personality and how you look, incorporating that into how he trims and styles your hair, rather than just cutting for the sake of cutting. I moved to TB last September, and this was the first barbershop I tried based on a recommendation—and I’m really glad I did! Emily was incredibly nice and professional. She gave me exactly the haircut I was hoping for, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The shop itself has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

Their attitude and the way they treat customers change every time you visit, and not in a good way. It’s better to try a different staff member or visit another salon.
