Unfamiliar with VA loan programs. Unwilling to show a house because I wasn’t an investor or a cash buyer. The agent I spoke with did not seem to be motivated on the seller’s behalf to have a potential buyer. Then the owner called me to essentially say the house could not be shown to me. Lack of professionalism and ignorance to available VA programs are top reasons I would not recommend Clark Real Estate.
Will was super helpful as the listing agent for a property recently closed in Angleton. Good communication and worked well with our buyer's agent to affect a timely closing for our buyers.
