Spoke to some lady named Brandy for some general info. She was very unprofessional/rude. Completely misunderstood the question, and got defensive. All for no reason. She was suppose to be helping out with my home, but couldnt even make the inspection, sending some other worker. If she said she was helping us with our home, then maybe she should have actually done so, and not been a coward and send some one else to do her job.
