The haircut didn’t meet our expectations despite clear communication, and the start behavior was unprofessional and rude. What hurt most was seeing my children reduced to tears. Sadly, it felt like the way they were treated may have been influenced by their skin color, which is unacceptable and heartbreaking. Families deserved to be welcomed with kindness and respect, and I truly hope this shop takes steps to reflect those values going forward.
I am new to the area, and found Will online, He was amazing, very receptive of what I wanted, very accommodating, and very on time, often times when i set an appointment i still have to wait, i waited no longer then 5 minutes before I was in the chair, getting the best cut I have gotten in a long time. I will 100% be going back, and its great to have found a new barber so quick in my move!!! 5 stars isn't enough.
Weird communication transpired while attempting to make a booking.
I recently brought my son to Will the Barber and we had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. He was incredibly patient and made sure to ask my son about the style he wanted, making him feel comfortable and involved. The haircut turned out amazing—sharp, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Will the Barber did a great job and paid close attention to every detail.
