Not a happy customer anymore! We have been a Wilk`s customer for 6 or 7 years now and were always happy with their outstanding service and aftercare. They installed both Inside and Outside units throughout the last 4-5 years. Well, the upper in the attic was not cooling properly anymore. Called Wilks and they send of their techs out the next day.
