READ IF YOU WANT TO BE WARNED - Former renter, first time renters. Had to settle with WilkensonPM property because we were waiting for our house to get built. If you have the time to look around, LOOK AROUND! They obviously have bad reviews from renters here for legit reasons. They only care about house owners cause duh they make money from them. Did a move in inspection with Anne Marie and Don. They had informed us that the previous owner did not take care of the house very well and they were well aware of the imperfections... read more
Service has been polite, courteous and timely.
Been renting a property for almost 4 years, Wilkinson Property Management has done a great job since day 1, great customer service and they are very helpful!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Never again!!!
I have used Wilkinson Property Management of Alexandria for years wiih few problems.
