Our experience with Wilkinson was frustrating and disappointing. To start, communication was disorganized. I never had a clear point of contact, receiving calls from multiple employees (Valerie, Stephanie, and Emily) about various issues, making it difficult to track conversations. To avoid confusion, I requested email correspondence, but responses were often delayed—sometimes for days—until I CC’d the owner, at which point I would finally get a reply.
