So I wrote earlier today about a very frustrating process with Wilkinson. Here I am just a few hours later changing this review to say that whether this goes our way or not, Stan, the owner, went above and beyond to try and understand the problem and try his best to make things right. It's nice to see actual good service. Thank you.

Edited a few months after original post: Increasing to 3 stars because although our experience was what it was below, since departing with Wilkinson, Stan has seemed to try and make things right. He did in fact refund the property management fees for the few months we were with them. Also, most recently (which is what led me to changing this review), we had to have the keys to the mail box changed because the tenant we had with Wilkonson never returned them.
