Wilkinson Property Management Is a godsent for members of the military community. Our lives are sometimes complicated and full of changing locations. At times the notice to relocate can be sudden. Wilkinson has removed the stress of finding reliable tenants.
I have never needed to rekey another person's property before. I wasnt given the keys to all the locks to the outside facing doors to the rental unit. The property manager said it was my responsibility so i replaced the places locks with there permission. Kind of weird.
I have been impressed by the new portal and other communication tools used by Wilkinson PM. The portal contains so much information. Also, I have had no worries about my property during my 6 years using the company. They have handled every problem without delay. I would recommend them to anyone.
Wilkinson Property Management has been seamless and stress-free to work with. Especially living overseas, they've done a fantastic job of managing my property and interfacing with the tenants.
