Wilkinson has been great! They were very helpful in our move from the west coast making sure any issues we had were taken care of efficiently and promptly.
Unreasonably slow responses from unfriendly Property Manager at every exchange. The 3rd party online rent payment portal charges a fee every time you make a payment - absolutely ridiculous. Avoid, if possible.
