Overall very satisfied with Wilkinson. We don't have many issues but when we do need to put in a ticket, support is fast and the work is correct. Communication is essential and these guys get it.
Wilkerson property management is always prompt and responsive when issues are reported. They also conduct annual property surveys to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, they work with skilled and reliable vendors who ensure that problems are resolved efficiently
Working with Keith is great- he answers my emails in a timely manner. He’s been very helpful with any questions or insight into renting.
Wilkinson employees are very courteous and always act quickly to resolve issues. I have rented a Wilkinson managed property for 5 years and have never had a problem with reaching someone or getting things fixed when needed. I have never had to call twice. The smallest of things are taken care of immediately.
Keith is our property manager and has been extremely responsive to get any issues with our home addressed ASAP. From HVAC going out during extreme weather to leaks to tree trimming, Keith addresses our concerns quickly and works with the owners to take swift action. We have happily rented through Wilson for the past 8 years and just resigned for another two!
