THIEF ALERT/SCAMMER ALERT - I bought a house with a propane tank, Wilkinson came out to do a reading on the tank level so I could pay the seller $250 for the propane in the tank, I had an inconclusive talk with a Wilkinson rep about a few months later about signing up with them (he told me I could "take my time" and think about it), they showed up at my property unannounced and took the tank (including the propane I had just paid $250 for) and never paid me for the propane in the tank (i.e. they stole it).
