Phillip Auguste represented the person buying my house. He was unprofessional to say the least. He would not answer my agents emails, he scheduled the home inspection and did not let us know, then to top it off he scheduled a reinspect when in reality he wanted a walk through. When he came for the reinspect I was trying to be helpful and go through what my husband and I had repaired. He provided to raise his voice and yell at me in my own home. Buyer and seller beware. Phillip isn't someone that you want to deal with.
