My car happened to break down right in front of Wilkinson Auto. He quickly diagnosed that my alternator needed to be replaced and ordered the part. He had my car ready within a few hours and charged a reasonable price. He also took the initiative to buff out some marks from a minor accident I had and touch up some paint at no charge! I highly recommend!
I talked with Ken about installing 2 struts on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and was very quick to give me a price and day to bring it in. I took my car to him at 10am and he was finished with both struts by 11am. Very reasonably priced, very quick to finish, and is my new mechanic in Lincoln! Thanks again, Ken!!
I had an excellent experience with Ken. He was very professional, honest, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repairs were done on time and at a fair price. My car is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic!
Will 100% be coming back in the future for any automotive needs. Came in for an oil leak and Kenneth did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong and got it fixed super fast and for an amazing price. I didn’t expect to be able to get my car in so quick and Kenneth was able to get me in right away, and had me good to go before the day was over!
This review is not based on being all knowing on this shop, but to note some positive things I've experienced, that hopefully will help this small one man shop. My experience as a guy going in was that every time Ken encouraged/@llowed me to watch the repair/work, and explained/taught me things while he worked.
