This company took over the complex I live in about two years ago. They are awful at managing property. The people that hired in the leasing office just seem like that got pulled off the streets with no training. The trash is always overflowing in my complex. They are hugely out of touch with their residents. It’s bad to the point that the website to pay rent is down frequently. This place is horrible, they tell you to leave a voicemail every time you call. They have employees running properties in Atlanta, GA that are not at all professional. This one particular employee has now stole from me after telling her I did not want to proceed with applying for an apartment (prior to my application even being processed) she proceeds to run my credit and all the following day after I had already told her no on living there. My first impressions of Wilkinson Asset Management, the new owners of my apartment complex (now re-branded as The Arbors at East Cobb) is not good. I have been a resident here for nearly 13 years and had hoped to be so for many years to come. However, since Wilkinson acquired the complex, the property managers are telling me I need to either sign a new lease agreement with a 23% increase in monthly rent or vacate.
