Unreliable. Can’t get a hold of when garbage isn’t picked up
You never seem to get a bill in the mail, can’t ever get a hold of anyone to pay. I have even went as far as leaving a note on the trash can asking for someone to contact me so i can pay the bill. I have been told to contact Sunnybay and then I have been told to contact Hidden Vally Campground. How am I to be sure that I am actually paying the right people...🤦🏼♀️
If I could give no stars I would . We paid for a 2 yard dumpster to be picked up every other Monday back in December 2015. They have only been out to 3 times so far and only because I called and complained no one had been out. The mailbox is always full and if on the rare occasion you get thru to a person they give all kinds of excuses but the owner never calls me back. Excuses aren't picking up my trash that is currently piled so high it is spilling over into my yard for animals to destroy. This company claims on their webs... read more
When I started your srvice over a year ago in Bedford township it was outstanding. Now that I have moved to Newton township you keep forgetting to pick up my garbage. I've tried to work this out with you. I even called last week and told a gentleman you could bring a second container and pick up every 2 weeks. He informed me they would be out to get it last Monday or Tuesday, my pick up day is Frday. It still hasn't been picked up. I paid for your service for the year up front.
