Bill was great! There was some issue with the first service advisor but once Bill took over everything went smoothly. He made sure to keep me updated and helped me get my car very quickly when I came to pick it up. On the other hand, not thrilled with the tech ripping apart my glovebox and throwing everything everywhere and putting no effort into putting it back together, all so they could try and charge me $100 for a cabin air filter.
