I contacted Wilkins Hyundai via email about a negative experience I recently had (not with the service department), not certain what, if anything, would come of it. Shortly after they received my email I was contacted by Steve Foresta. He was as unhappy as I was about my experience there and he offered to make it right. I accepted his offer and he went the extra mile and definitely made it right. His prompt response and going the extra mile showed me that Wilkins Hyundai sees me as a person and not a dollar sign.
