I contacted Wilkins Hyundai via email about a negative experience I recently had (not with the service department), not certain what, if anything, would come of it. Shortly after they received my email I was contacted by Steve Foresta. He was as unhappy as I was about my experience there and he offered to make it right. My car has been held hostage for 4 days because the service department is "understaffed and overbooked" - a direct quote from the service department.
I went there for a free brake inspection (coupon) and after it was done, the front desk person tried to push me to have them (the front ones) done in the shop right away, kind of like a tsunami was coming if I'll not do it. Also, for an hour of service (replacement of the front brake pads/rotors) I should have been charged 610$, 220 of those for the parts. They are very pushy. The customer service agent begged me not to leave a bad review, but this is for other to know what could happen if you get to that service shop.
