He responded quickly and had a great attitude. He even helped us sell our old car. He wasn't trying to upsell anything he was straight to the point just a real easy going guy.

I inquired about a 2014 Ram. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Russ. My husband and I went to look at the truck that day and I immediately knew I wanted it. I had some trouble with obtaining a loan, but Russ assured me that he would hold on to the truck for me. It took a week to finally get approved, but Russ was there the whole time.
