They don’t care about their customers very unprofessional company I’ve used before this time they were uncooperative with me. Poor customer service very bad company. I wouldn’t use them again. Never again. Paul Wilkins will hang up on you.
Wilkins installed a brand new AC Unit for me in June 2021. In June 2022, our nest thermostat had an error message saying wiring was wrong and needed to be checked. We had since bought a home warranty through Earls, who is amazing by the way, and called them to come take a look. They said that whoever installed it, installed the wiring incorrectly. Everyone is human, not a big deal. However, I now I owe earls $85 to fix this mistake. So I called the owner or manager over at Wilkins and let him know that the unit wasn’t instal... read more

Our AC unit broke at the beginning of the Texas summer. I was so thankful that Wilkins Air was able to get one of their guys out the same day and arrived on time. They fixed the issues fast and had our AC working in no time. Everyone I talked with was very professional and polite. We are very satisfied with Wilkins Air and would definitely recommend to others in the Lubbock area.
