Every time there is a storm, I’m reminded by the things that I have to do that I am still waiting on calls back from Wilkins from a few years ago;) I, unfortunately, had a home warranty. The warranty company used these bozos when my a/c went out. The unit they put in isn’t big enough for my house. Also, they went cheap on everything, setting me up for failure for years to come. They don’t care about their customers very unprofessional company I’ve used before this time they were uncooperative with me. Poor customer service very bad company. I wouldn’t use them again. Never again. Paul Wilkins will hang up on you.
Wilkins installed a brand new AC Unit for me in June 2021. In June 2022, our nest thermostat had an error message saying wiring was wrong and needed to be checked. We had since bought a home warranty through Earls, who is amazing by the way, and called them to come take a look. They said that whoever installed it, installed the wiring incorrectly. Everyone is human, not a big deal. However, I now I owe earls $85 to fix this mistake. So I called the owner or manager over at Wilkins and let him know that the unit wasn’t instal... read more
