3 property managers have changed in the last 8 months. Each disconnected and less qualified than the previous one. The latest manager - Nakia Smith lacks basic courtesy and manners. Petty and uncultured. Very disappointed with their quality of people.

Retaliation and Targeted Harassment We raised concerns about lapse in Security measures of our building. Giving 5 stars because of the staff they had at Cambridge Crossings. Jackie Batista was a the most resourceful person there, she helped us know the rules and the services we got through them. I did not know we had a dedicated maintenance person on premises. We needed to paint the deck and the interior of our house and Jackie help us find the color for the deck and a painter. I could keep writing, all I can say is that She made everything easy for us. More than we ever thought.
ZERO STARS Pathetic!!! They don't know what communication is and are terrible to the residents!! Charging me to fix broken pipes in the wall is not something that I should be paying for!!!! Atrocious company!!!
