RecommendedTook them a Ford Expedition that had been setting up a year or more just picked it up it runs PERFECT! Best service around only place I’ll take my vehicles from now on!! Thank y’all
Ac went out after 5 months of having work done due to them breaking a connector. Now they don’t want to honor their one year warranty. Would not recommend to anyone.
Had a problem with my minvan, took it to Wilkie's for a diagnostic, and they were very friendly, efficient, and had reasonably priced repairs. Took it in for a diagnostic about 11 am Sat morning (were closing at noon) - they not only told me what was wrong, but could get the parts and fix it before they closed. Which they did with time to spare! I am very pleased to have found a new repair and tire shop near my home. Thank you to Mr. Wilkie and his great bunch of workers.

They’re always so helpful and the customer service is unmatched. Cannot tell you how many times I’ve been in there for my car but every time they always make sure that I feel at home and that my car comes out better than when it came in!
Sadly, on July 22, 2017 on a very HOT Saturday afternoon, we found ourselves parked in front of Wilkie's Automotive in Cleveland, TX. Our van was overheated and we could go no further on our trip to Dallas to see our son preach one of his first sermons. Wilkie's was closed for the weekend but fortunely the ownwer was passing by, stopped and asked if we needed help. We were on our way to Chicago from Houston in our new-to-us Motorhome that stranded us in Cleveland! Dustin and Taylor worked out all the bugs (multiple) to get us back on the road as fast as they could. We made it to our destination and it's still running great! They were very friendly and accommodating when we had to stay the night in their parking lot, they are well priced, knowledgeable and trustworthy!
