This place used to be much better. All the cabinets, appliances, and fixtures are completely outdated. This coupled with the exorbitant cost of rent that constantly goes up makes this place honestly not worth it even if it is cheaper than others, with the new management however, this place has really gone down hill, they treat tenants more like a number than people. I have been lived here for five years this place quite nice and safe.
Dave is the landlord. And let me tell you. SOOOO SWEET. He showed us all three types of rooms available for two bedroom apartments. He was patient with all my “woman styled” questions. I feel like it’s a perfect fit. The carpets seems in great condition and we move in February 1st! Look right away. These apartments go quick!
Love it. Manager is very reasonable and gets issues taken care of straight away.
