Use to have a family member at VOW. Service was ok, had RN on site but really would not talk to you. She would avoid me when I came in the door. She would never return my calls. Family member became ill and hospitlized after I took them to the hospital. Did not take them back there. Had one staff member who was in nursing school, she new what she was doing but she just up and quit. I think she got in trouble standing up for the patients, and they let her go.
