I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. I just couldn’t choose 0. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctors and nursing staff are uncaring. The wait was longer than 12 hours and the doctor refused to come to the room to discuss progress. My daughter in law literally got worse the longer she waited and the doctors and nurses did not care. They didn’t check on her and didn’t notice she spiked a fever. They said she needed emergency surgery but they needed to organize everything. Yet, nothing got organized, plan... read more
Involved in unusual automobile accident and the physicians and nursing staff in the ER were great and very caring.
Terrible hospital, terrible attitudes, unsanitary conditions, homeless sleeping in lobby, 4+ hour wait for any reason even life threatening conditions. Surgeons walk hallways looking into rooms and then make jokes at your expense. Nurses gossip about a proper course of action and then go with the easier/cheaper route. Your charts will not be updated and the notes written about you will be heavily altered to make the hospital appear to have done their jobs. Corruption runs rampant through WRMC, don't be another statistic.
This is by far the most unreliable and worst hospital I've ever seen. They transported my son to an entirely different hospital without telling me ANYTHING. Not the address, not the city, NOTHING. Nurses would frequently harrass me and my son for doing absolutely nothing. This hospital needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL EVER.
This place is the worst hospital I have ever been too! In my 60 years have I never seen a place operate like this, they make you feel unwelcome from jump street! Being a disabled Vet, I have a pacemaker, an various joint replacements, when you enter security you are talked to like an idiot, empty pockets, go thru metal detector, then get wanted, even though you have medical cards to prove you have metal in your body!
