This review is long overdue. We have been using Wilkes Plumbing services for over 15 years, The phone call starts with incredible staff in the office. Caroline and Sara(h) are always friendly and accommodating. I love that I can trust their employees in my home even if I have an emergency and have to leave or will be late when they arrive. Robert has been our #1 service guy. He shows me pictures of issues and has explained things that have been fixed. If you need your sump pump replaced before your basement floods I’m telling you stop looking and call these people. They were here so fast and the guy knew exactly what he was doing and the price is phenomenal. I just love it. I’m telling you don’t pass up this chance Called this morning. Sump pump put in basement fixed.

Just wanted to share a great experience I received today from Wilkes plumbing!! Their plumber Steve came out and went right to work fixing the water leak. Everyone from the office staff, the manager and the plumber are top notch. Steve was very friendly and professional. I had no idea he would fix everything the first time out. This is an older home with older plumbing that I purchased from my Dad. I have made great strides to improve the interior and exterior. I am now looking forward to updating the plumbing.
