Great work with this company formerly DeLuca now Wilkes. Same great service. Tankless water heater installed and running great over a year. Today was a fair priced and efficient servicing of downstairs plumbing. Very kind rep at my house.

I had a sump pump replaced by Wilkes Heating and Plumbing. Gage, the technician, was friendly, competent, and efficient - everything you'd want in a service professional. During our conversation, I asked about a backup sump pump, and Gage provided me with options and verbal quotes for parts. After doing some research, I called back to schedule the installation. This review is long overdue. We have been using Wilkes Plumbing services for over 15 years, The phone call starts with incredible staff in the office. Caroline and Sara(h) are always friendly and accommodating. I love that I can trust their employees in my home even if I have an emergency and have to leave or will be late when they arrive. Robert has been our #1 service guy. He shows me pictures of issues and has explained things that have been fixed.
