The work was fabulous as were the guys who did the actual work. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They refused to return phone calls and did not answer questions about the detail of the work (timing, fixtures, the invoice). However, when it comes time to pay them, they will hound you to death. If you have not responded within 2 hours about payment, they contact you again. There is damage to our ceiling to the room beneath the bathroom, which they said they would fix. They haven't.
