We are so thankful for JC!! He went above and beyond to help us find a place for our elderly parents. He’s been the best landlord as well!! They had an appliance issue the other day and my mother called, within a few hours it was fixed!! Thank you JC and your team for all you do!!

Unprofessional, lacks industry knowledge, and shady tactics. We were seeking a rental agent through JC Wilkerson. He was all for it at first, and recommended some fixes and updates in the $1000’s. We completed all, but as we were set for multiple meetings with JC, he was always hours late or didn’t show at all. My pregnant wife would have to wait hours for no response from JC. In March of 2025 my wife ,and I relocated,with the help of Wilkerson real estate to Pryor. Mr Wilkerson,and all the staff worked with us to secure our new home. The courtesy,and professionalism was second to none. We were welcomed to Pryor as if we had known Mr Wilkerson a lifetime. Unfortunately due to my wife's deteriorating medical condition after 4 months we had to move back to Wyoming.
