Kym is always precise in her work. She has helped me and my daughter many times and was able to accommodate early hours for her dance injuries. She also dedicated to expand her knowledge learning new complementary techniques. I highly recommend her services.
Kym has magic hands. Twice I've gone in (from two different injuries) barely able to walk, and in one session I was back to walking normally! The first time I had tried everything to be able to stand up-right, and nothing worked until I found Kym! You won't regret your time with her. She is a hidden Flagstaff gem.
My son was at a summer camp and had a back injury that was making him miserable. Dr. Wilkins fit him in after hours and took the time to diagnose, treat him and show him how to avoid re-injury. He felt much better and was able to breathe easier. Mom too. Kindness!!!
Training for ultra trail races takes a toll on my 40-year-old body. It IS possible to race well over 40, as long as one does body maintenance by seeing Dr Kym Wilkens! Kym knows her bio mechanics! I always know she'll do a thorough assessment to address the heart of the dysfunction.
I went to PT's and Dr's and all diagnosed the same treatment for plantar fasciitis and my pain continued to get worse over two years. I was referred to Kym and with the first evaluation she explained the how and the why's of her different treatment so I understood my condition better, and I experienced an IMMEDIATE 50% relief of pain and increased range of motion and flexibility.
