RecommendedHighly recommend renting any of the properties from Wilken! Very responsive to messages, even after hours. If we ever had an issue and needed to submit a work order, an employee was there first thing in the morning the next day. Apartment was very spacious for the price - it was an amazing value. Austin is great to talk to about anything! If you're looking to rent around the area, you won't be disappointed renting from Wilken.
Love my apartment, and my landlord is AWESOME! Any issues are taken care of right away. Made the tradition to a new area MUCH easier.
Was told there was a open unit for us twice and both times got passed up because they never took the time to run our applications. Paid this company $50 in application fees, just for them not to do anything with it. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
