TASH SERVICE .unprofessional and lazy TOLD HIM TO NOT BREAK OFF MY KEY LUG NUT THAT MY KEY WAS IN THE BACK DOOR PANNEL STILL BROKE IT OFF and said “it was just one” like Mf it’s my KEY!!!! Real lazy too look and MY ALIGNMENT WAS STILL OFF AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY DIDNT FIX IT BECAUSE I LET THEM HAVE A PIECE OF MY MIND FOR BREAKING OFF MY LUG NUT UNPROFESSIONAL GO SOME WHERE ELSE
Smh wow I left my car for a repair n I was waiting on them to call me so I go by and check on my car cuz he said he would call me but no call well dam there closed and now I’m stuck with out my car he could of gave me a courtesy call or something!!!!! I’m so Upset

RecommendedLast month I was looking for a decently priced set of good used tires for my pick up. A local used car dealership recommended Wilke Tires. I bought a decent entire set of used tires there, but I noticed that two of them wouldn’t hold air after several days. I finally called them up a month and a half afterward and the place stood by their product and service. They replaced one tire and repaired a tiny hole in the other at no charge. I appreciated that very much and would certainly recommend them.
The Owner Donald is a complete asshole, horrible experience their. He needs to learn how to talk to his customers let alone his staff. He has no respect what so ever. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last one on earth. Guess that's what happens when his dad hands him everything, learn RESPECT
In 27 years I've been through 3 wives and 8 vehicles but I've had only one tire store. Customer service, value, price, quality & trust is the reason I'll never go anywhere else and I always recommend Wilke Tire.
