I had a dealing with Brent Wilk. I was selling my home in Warrenville. All he cared about was making a buck. He didn’t care how much money I made on my home. His goal was to secure his $6,000 fee for doing absolutely nothing except listing my property. He didn’t care that it was a sellers market. He and his lawyer were all for the buyer.
