They are simply the best ... from their knowledge, skill, state-of-the-art facility, honesty, communication with client and even compassion. If they don't know the answer or the best treatment is beyond what their facility can offer, there is no hesitation to contact other experts for consultation or referral. Absolutely the best around! Our eventing horse was seriously misdiagnosed else where. Dr. Frees and his staff did a fantastic job finding the problem. Although the outcome was not what we wanted, their communication and care with my daughter was priceless.
This is a fabulous group of Veterinarians and staff! Over the top with their services & knowledge. We have used the clinic for all of our veterinarian needs, for many years. from spring and fall shots, power floats on teeth and lameness evaluations. They hold a Free educational clinic once a year & it is definitely worth going, you get to meet the veterinarian's & their staff, ask questions about anything you want to.This is a top notch facility.
I have loved having Dr Nicholson teach us about our horses. She takes her time to educate us and takes great care of girls.
If you want professional care at the highest level, then these are the people for you. Perfect combination of compassion, quick and thoughtful decision-making, thorough knowledge, communication, client education, and passion for horses! We are so fortunate to have this in the KC area.
Cannot say enough about the level of care and professionalism at this clinic. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of my mare and colt during their stay! Thanks to you, he's doing great!
