Took all the classes, photo shoot, etc. They said the pic would be on the website but months later nothing. Called a few times, went in and spoke directly to new desk staff, was assured she'd pass info along to Billy (to do a contract review, this was apparently why no pic was on website). Another month passes, still no return call. Very disheartening, esp since my daughter emptied her bank acct to take the classes. We are moving on, lesson learned.
