Wilhelm was a key players in establishing the Buffalo Soldiers Community Memorial 10 years ago. Highly professional.
Paid $319.30 for an inscription for a date of death and over 3 months later it hasn’t been completed. I live out of state from my loved one and followed up multiple times for a photo that the inscription was completed. No wonder they didn’t respond- they are CROOKS! Stay clear of these scam artists that take advantage during a vulnerable time. Shame on them.
