Quality dealership and selection of new and used vehicles
My husband and I went into Wilhelm's to look at a specific truck. We worked with Brett and he made the purchasing process very easy. We appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on anything or get us to look at more expensive vehicles. He also made the trade-in process with my husband's old truck very easy. Compared to my previous "certified service" the workers did not meet the same standards. Though catching that the air filter needed to be replaced and a repairing a nail hole in a tire, the did not clean the tire wells, so not sure how they could have made sure the tires were balanced when they rotated them. Also did not note or fix the service engine light.
Got in on time, work well done, report printed showing results.
