Absolutely terrible customer experience with the Service Department. Two weeks ago, my son took his vehicle in for routine maintenance and asked them to look into an issue (a light on the dashboard) related to the cruise control not working. When the work was done, the light was still on. When he went back to ask about the light on the dashboard, the technician said he didn’t see it, and they refused to look at it. This is a disgrace to the automotive industry. Someone I know received this quote, when I asked the service department the reason for the ball joints and tie rods the answer was they "look worn and have grease on them". Tested play and found all components are well within specification when checking with a dial indicator, all the boots are in great condition, the ball joints and tie rods have some over greasing but otherwise fine.
