Absolutely terrible customer experience with the Service Department. Two weeks ago, my son took his vehicle in for routine maintenance and asked them to look into an issue (a light on the dashboard) related to the cruise control not working. This is a disgrace to the automotive industry. Someone I know received this quote, when I asked the service department the reason for the ball joints and tie rods the answer was they "look worn and have grease on them". Tested play and found all components are well within specification when checking with a dial indicator, all the boots are in great condition, the ball joints and tie rods have some over greasing but otherwise fine. I came here just to buy a hood strut for my acadia after my last one stopped working February. I was quoted 35 dollars for the part and about 45 dollars for labor. I hesitantly agreed to the labor price. And after I got my car back they only charged me for the part and told me not to worry about labor price. Im very greatful.
